Combined with a comfortable home atmosphere, there is nowhere else you can get your creativity flowing while ensuring a smooth process and professional sounds

The room is always set and ready for recording, equipped with a meticulously maintained and fully mic’d George Way Aristocrat. You'll also find a wide selection of high-end and niche guitars and amplifiers available. If you plan to bring your own drum kit or amps, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can make sure the space is clear and prepared.

Recording:

• Hourly - $75 (minimum 2hrs, please consider any setup time)

• Daily - $350 ($250 to engineer off site)

• Weekly (7 days) - $2000

Mixing:

Rates start at $100 per song depending on density of material

Mastering:

$50 per song

Having done a year long live recording residency called Club X and worked alongside producers and artists like The Black Angels and Shakey Graves for their live albums, Xavier Juarez is happy to offer mobile production services.

We will handle any venue coordination and work closely with many talented videographers and live sound engineers to ensure that everything from the show itself to the final production captures the artist and the moment as accurately as possible

$1000 a day plus expenses for onsite audio recording ($650 if at a venue that has a console with built in multitracking)
